Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their Job Relay subscription at any time through the "Billing" section of their dashboard or by contacting support at support@job-relay.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your prepaid period.
Refund Policy
1. Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.
2. Trial Period: Job Relay offers a 14-day free trial. No charges will be incurred if the subscription is cancelled before the trial ends.
3. Service Issues: If you experience a technical failure that prevents the service from functioning for more than 48 hours, please contact support for a partial credit or refund assessment.
4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
