Welcome to Job Relay. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Provision
Job Relay provides automated communication tools and lead management software for home service contractors.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscription Billing
Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You agree to provide a valid payment method. All payments are processed via Stripe.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities or to send unsolicited messages (SPAM). All SMS communications must comply with local regulations (e.g., A2P 10DLC).
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail to pay subscription fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
Job Relay is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
