Missed-Call SMS Consent
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
Job Relay LLC ("Job Relay") operates this missed-call SMS program and is the business and message sender identified in the production voice disclosure and initial text. Job Relay LLC obtains the caller's consent directly. A missed call or voice announcement by itself never authorizes or triggers an SMS.
How IVR opt-in works
- The caller reaches a dedicated Twilio number assigned to one business: Job Relay LLC.
- If the business cannot answer, the caller hears the disclosure below with Job Relay LLC's name.
- The caller may press 1 to request one automated text. Pressing 1 is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
- Hanging up, providing no input, or pressing any other digit means no text will be sent for that call.
Consent is not a condition of purchase and applies only to the Job Relay LLC and this call-related conversation. Review the Job Relay LLC Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Exact voice disclosure
“Job Relay LLC can send you one automated text about this call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. To consent, press 1. Otherwise, hang up.”
This is the production disclosure for the dedicated toll-free number assigned to Job Relay LLC.
First text and message frequency
Pressing 1 sends one automated initial text from the called business:
“Job Relay LLC: Sorry we missed your call. You asked us to text you so we can help. Reply with what you need. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”
Message frequency is one automated initial text per affirmative IVR request. If the caller replies and continues the conversation, Job Relay LLC may send additional service-related conversational messages, so message frequency then varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. This consent is not used for unrelated marketing or promotional messages.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out of further texts. Reply HELP for help. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP. For additional help, email support@job-relay.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
